On Track Kids Therapy provides individualized in home, or online, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech services to Manhattan and Jersey City residents. We have been providing services to children ages 3 months-25 years of age for over 6 years. We strive to create a connection and trust between the children, parents, and clients that we work with. As a collaborative team, we work to provide open communication and strong support with all families. Providing vast amounts of resources, we collaborate frequently with doctors, teachers, and other therapists.

Occupational Therapist
Lynzee is an Occupational Therapist who received both her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Scranton. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist in New York and New Jersey. She is certified in Therapeutic Listening Program and provide services through a multimodal and sensory-motor approach. Lynzee has worked in various settings including a school for children with moderate to severe needs ages 5-21, a preschool for children who are medically fragile, early intervention home care, and various pediatric sensory clinics. She has been a strong interdisciplinary leader as a Transition Coordinator and Certified Travel Trainer for older students, participating in travel training, pre-vocational training, and job sampling for teenagers to young adults. She has experience with various diagnosis such as Autism (ASD), neurodevelopment delays, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, rare genetic disorders, traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and various other diagnosis and delays. It is her passion in life to support all children and she strives to find those occupations and skills that are the most meaningful and individualized to them.
Matthew Masiello M.S,CCC, SLP, TSSLD
Speech-Language Pathologist
Matthew is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New York and New Jersey. Current member of the American Speech Hearing Association, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). He has graduated with a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the School of Health and Medical Sciences at Seton Hall University. In addition, Matthew is certified with advanced standing as a special education and elementary education (K-5) teacher with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
Matthew is also the owner of Hear Think Talk, an in person and online speech therapy practice with its location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He has previous experience in small and large private practice, specialized school for autism and severe disabilities, public school district, and early intervention in home service.
